Payment Terms
All-Inclusive Rate
Our qualified, skilled people will report to your job site on time and ready to work. You will be charged an hourly rate for each hour they work. Work Force Resources (WFR) bill rates include: All local, State, and Federal Payroll Taxes, Social Security and Medicare, State and Federal Unemployment Taxes, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Confirmation of Right to Work Status and Preparation of Year End W-2 Forms. The hourly bill rate of the person sent to your job site will be quote at the time your order is confirmed. The bill rate quoted will correspond to the trade skills and experience level of the person sent to your job.
 
Minimum Billing
The minimum billing for all Work Force Resources (WFR) employees is eight (8) hours on the first day of an assignment and four (4) hours each day thereafter. If the job start time is after 12:00 noon, other minimum may apply. Please contact Work Force Resources for further information.
Overtime
The Work Force Resources (WFR) workweek begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. Except where mandate by law, overtime begins when an employee works more than forty (40) hours in a single week. A new shift begins when there is a minimum of eight (8) hours between shifts. Overtime billing rates are figured 1-1/2 times the regular hourly billing rate. Work Force Resources employees are not permitted to work in excess of sixteen (16) hours in any twenty –four (24) hour period.
 
Holiday Pay
A bill rate 1-1/2 times the hourly bill rate is charged for the first ten (10) hours of work on the following holidays: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any work over ten (10) hours on these holidays will be invoiced to you at two (2) times the regular hourly rate.
 
Hiring a Work Force Resources Employee
If any Work Force Resources (WFR) employee is hired by customer within six (6) months following the WFR employee’s last date of assignment with customer, customer shall execute a Placement Agreement and pay a Placement Fee specified in writing on a separate Schedule of Fees, which is subject to change from time to time at WFR sole discretion. In addition to the Placement Fee, customer agrees to pay WFR a fee of $2,500 if customer hires a WFR employee without prior notification to WFR and execution of a Placement Agreement, or if customer causes a WFR employee to terminate employment with WFR and commence work for customer, its subsidiary or affiliate, or a competing labor supplier.
 
Customer acknowledges that, although certain WFR employee may hold contractor’s licenses, WFR, as a skilled trade staffing company, does not hold a contractor’s license except where required by law. In the event a license, permit or other regulatory approval is required in connection with the work performed for customer by WFR employees, customer agrees to obtain such license, permit or approval.
